1. Order Fulfilment
We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly. The method of delivery is determined by the type of product purchased as outlined below.
2. Digital Artwork Orders
For orders that consist solely of digital artwork, the original work will be delivered electronically. Upon successful payment and order confirmation, a download link for the digital artwork will be sent to the email address provided during purchase. We require you to download the original within 24 hours of receiving the download link notification.
3.1. Shipping Costs
- Payment in Advance:
Shipping costs, if applicable, are required to be paid in advance at the time of placing the order. Orders will not be processed until the full shipping fee has been received.
- Shipping Charges:
The shipping fee is calculated based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and the selected shipping method. All applicable shipping charges will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
3.2. Order Pickup Option
If you choose to pick up your order from our location, no shipping costs will be applied. Customers opting for order pickup must notify us at the time of purchase and arrange a mutually convenient time for collection. All physical products selected for pickup must be collected within the timeframe specified by our customer service team. Failure to collect the order within this period may result in cancellation or additional storage charges at our discretion.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Digital Artwork:
Electronic delivery of digital artwork will be provided if a digital copy is all that you have requested. Please remember to download the image/s within 24 hours once the downloadable link is sent to you via email.
- Physical Products:
Delivery timeframes for physical products will vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. We will provide estimated delivery dates at the time of order confirmation. While we strive to meet these estimates, delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.
5. Tracking and Notification
For physical shipments, once the order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available. This tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.
6. Changes to Shipping Policy
